Any system brought to us for service will be subject to a system diagnostic by our qualified technician. We will find the problem then call you with the best solution to the problem and what it will cost for us to fix it. *If you choose to decline the repair we will charge you a simple $30.00 diagnostic fee (minimum charge). If you have us do the work suggested, the diagnostic fee will not be charged. We won't charge you $75.00 per hour while we look for the problem, like some of the local shops do.
